PlacesBar Constructor

PlacesBar Constructor 允許使用者自訂儲存檔案或是開啟檔案視窗左欄的資料夾，這時我們可以設定幾個最常用的資料夾取代原本的「最近開啟的檔案」、「我的電腦」或「網路芳鄰」這幾個較不常用的捷徑。
